Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You can return or exchange items within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange:


*For hygiene reasons, certain items such as socks and undergarments are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Return or Exchange Your Item

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:


Returns must be shipped within 7 days after you receive your return authorization number.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected, and your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please indicate this when requesting a return authorization number. Exchanges are subject to availability.

If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer you a store credit or a full refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item along with your order number when contacting us.
